Non-Warranty Repair Request 

Please review the steps below to get your sight repaired.

  1. Fill out one of our Non-Warranty Request Forms (shown below).
  1. You will be directed to place a repair order based on your selected repair. This step issues your RMA number (example CB1234).

    Please ensure that you WRITE THIS RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX WHEN YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCT TO US. Do not send your product without an RMA number.

    Things happen. Sometimes your pins need some professional help.
    Service Fees: 1 Pin | $25, 3 Pin | $35, 5 Pin | $45

    Get Your Pins Repaired

    STRIPPED SCREW REPAIR

    This includes removal of the stripped screw and installation of the replacement.
    Service Fees: $25

    GENERAL REPAIR

    This could include vibration correction, factory adjustment, or an overall review of the product.
    Service Fees: $25
