Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill contact us via email at TechSupport.North@togllc.com or via phone at 877-503-5483.
Once your product has been received, we will ship out the requested exchange item.
Returns can be accepted up to 60 days from original receipt. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you purchased your Custom Bow Equipment product from a retailer, see your retailer for a refund and/or exchange, otherwise contact us for an exchange.
I would like to exchange my Custom Bow Equipment model for a different product that is not the same price. What do I do?
Contact us for an RMA (Return Authorization Number), inform us of the product that is to be returned, and the model you would like in exchange. Once the returned item has been received, we will contact you for payment for the difference.
I removed my item from the package, and I am not satisfied with the model. Can I still return the item for a refund and or exchange as the packaging has been opened?
If the item is in the same condition as it was received, we will accept the return/exchange.
What if I return my item for an exchange or refund and it is shown to have been used?
If your product is returned to us and shown to have been used, we will not refund you the full amount and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Why is there a restocking fee for used products?
The restocking fee is applied for products that need to be re-packaged and items that are shown to have been used.
