Fill out the CBE Stripped Screw Repair Form (below)
Once you hit "Submit," you will be redirected to a page where you can pay for your repair. That order number will serve as your RMA number (example CB123456)
Stripped Screw Repairs are $25.

For all repair services, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling to our facility. We will cover the return postage fee.

Additional charges may apply upon inspection with all services. We will contact you with a quote before proceeding with the service.
