General Repair
Please review all of the steps below to repair your sight:
- Fill out the CBE General Repair Form (below)
- Once you hit "Submit," you will be redirected to a page where you can pay for your repair. That order number will serve as your RMA number (example CB123456)
- The cost for general repairs is $25
Shipping & Handling
For all repair services, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling to our facility. We will cover the return postage fee.
- Additional charges may apply upon inspection with all services. We will contact you with a quote before proceeding with the service.
