Warranty Repair Request
Please review the steps below to get your sight repaired.
- Fill out our Warranty Request Form (shown below).
- You will be directed to place a zero-cost repair order. This step issues your RMA number (example CB1234).
Please ensure that you WRITE THIS RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX WHEN YOU SHIP YOUR SIGHT TO US. Do not send your sight without an RMA number.
Please note, the following releases are beyond their expected life and are no longer able to be repaired:
- Products made from 1982-2014 we are no longer able to service
These products are all considered to be beyond their useful life. These products no longer fall under guaranteed repair or replace. If these items are shipped into our facility the item will be returned to you at your cost - or the label purchased will be used to ship the un-warrantable product back to you. If you have one of these products, we suggest reviewing our current product offerings to find a modern product that fits you.
